Cancellation policy

How Subscriptions Work

When you subscribe, you'll receive automatic shipments every 30 days at a discounted price.

Automatic Delivery & Billing:

• Your payment method will be charged automatically before each shipment
• You'll receive an email confirmation when your order is processed and shipped

Minimum Commitment:

• Subscriptions require a minimum of 2 shipments before cancellation is available
  
• After your second shipment, you're free to cancel at any time

Cancellation Policy:

• Once your minimum commitment is complete, you can cancel at any time with no fees or penalties
• To cancel, email us at velanohelp@gmail.com
• Important: If your order has already been processed and charged, the cancellation will take effect for your next billing cycle
• Please allow 24-48 hours for cancellation requests to be processed

Managing Your Subscription:

• Update your shipping address or payment method
• Skip an upcoming delivery (once your minimum commitment is complete)
