How Subscriptions Work

When you subscribe to a product, you’ll receive automatic shipments every 30 days at a discounted price.

Automatic Delivery & Billing

• Your payment method will be charged automatically before each shipment
• You’ll receive an email confirmation when your order is processed and shipped

Cancellation Policy

• You can cancel your subscription at any time with no fees or penalties
• To cancel, email us at velanohelp@gmail.com
• Important: If your order has already been processed and charged, the cancellation will take effect for your next billing cycle
• Please allow 24–48 hours for cancellation requests to be processed

• Skip an upcoming delivery
